GlobTek is hiring a Production Technician for our manufacturing floor in Northvale, New Jersey. This is a flexible role covering electronic and mechanical assembly, soldering, small-part injection molding and product inspection. We provide full training on each of these responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Assemble and modify electrical components and products
- Perform mechanical assembly
- Solder electrical components
- Operate the injection molding machine for small parts
- Operate the ultrasonic sealing machine and other small machinery
- Help the quality inspector with incoming inspection when needed
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly and modification
- Solid soldering skills and strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating production machinery and small hand tools
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Takes direction well and works well with others
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
