GlobTek is hiring a part-time Marketing and Sales Coordinator in Northvale, New Jersey. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll support our international sales effort with Salesforce reporting and administration, sales coordination and marketing communications. Working hours are negotiable.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that track opportunities, leads and KPIs across the sales process
- Handle Salesforce administration: user accounts, reports, dashboards, change requests and end-user training
- Follow up with salespeople so every lead and opportunity is handled
- Coordinate outside sales travel and keep visit reports and calendars current
- Plan and produce newsletters, brochures and other communications for customers, reps and employees
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes and publish them to participants
- Keep the trade show calendar and coordinate bookings, costs and materials
- Back up the sales team on basic quotes, documentation requests and visitor reception
- Drive projects assigned by the COO
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
- 2–3 years of Salesforce experience, including report building
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with online marketing and SEO
- Excellent time management and organization; able to juggle interruptions
- Clear writer and presenter
