GlobTek to Offer Products in Compliance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Starting Q2 2005

GlobTek announces its commitment to the EU Directive 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) which was implemented on July 1^st 2006.

GlobTek is committed to be in compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations including the European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. This directive will restrict the use of Lead (Pb), Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium and two Bromine-containing flame retardants, PBB (Polybrominated Biphenyls) and PBDE (Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers), in electrical and electronic products. GlobTek’s goal is to exceed compliance obligations by meeting the requirements of the RoHS Directive on a worldwide basis.
