- Quality Checks at every operation,
this ensures that defects are not allowed to continue to the
next step of production.
- 100 % 4 hour burn-in on Power Supplies
& Adapters.
- Employs equipment such as our Chroma
6000 Automatic Test System, Environments Test System, Digital
Storage Osciliscope, LCR Meter, Digital Watt Ammeter, Leakage
Current, as well as other equipment
- Use an AQL sampling plan as well as
other statistical controls to measure and control quality of
our operation and products from incoming materials to finished
products.
- Have 30 engineers company wide to
ensure complete quality in every aspect of company operations
- China Mass Production Factory &
Taiwan Production facility Certified ISO-9002 compliant by TUV
- New Jersey Corporate Headquarters
will be certified ISO-9001 compliant by 3/00 by TUV.
